1. About Svaarian

Svaarian is a technology-based ride-sharing platform that connects users who want to book rides with independent drivers. Svaarian does not own vehicles and does not provide transportation services directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Svaarian. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.

3. User Accounts

• Accounts are created using a valid mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Nature of Services

Svaarian provides a digital platform to enable communication between users and drivers. Drivers are independent service providers. Svaarian does not guarantee ride availability, acceptance, pricing, or completion.

5. Ride Booking & Bidding

Users may post ride requests for local or long-distance travel. Drivers may place bids or accept ride requests. Final ride terms are mutually agreed between the driver and the user.

6. Payments

Payments are made directly from the user to the driver. Svaarian currently supports Cash on Delivery (COD). Svaarian does not collect, store, or process ride fares unless explicitly stated.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund terms are decided between the driver and the user. Svaarian does not guarantee refunds and is not responsible for payment disputes unless required by law.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or drivers
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to damage or disrupt the platform

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Svaarian reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, misuse the platform, or harm other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

Svaarian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including ride disputes, delays, cancellations, or user behavior.

11. Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

13. Changes to Terms

Svaarian may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
